We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display shows colours perfectly.

We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or inappropriate content in the personalisation).
Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes, duties and shipping fees.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
6. Personalisation content you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that all photos, text and other content you upload:
- Are accurate (including spellings, names and dates).
- Do not infringe any third‑party rights (for example, copyright or privacy rights).
- Are not unlawful, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting content, you:
- Grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and adapt that content solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
- Confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to grant this licence.
We may refuse or cancel orders that contain content we deem offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Shipping
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy and understand that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
8. Returns, refunds and replacements

- When personalised items are and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- How to submit a request using our return and refund request form.
- What remedies are available if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law in your country (including UK/EU/US rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods).

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
