Will my photos print clearly?

Please ensure the photos you send are of high quality. We’ll let you know if image quality looks too low before we make your lamp.

How many photos can I have on my RememPaw Memory Lamp?

You can have five photos.

What is the process for submitting photos?

The process is exceptionally quick and easy.

During the purchase process, you will be prompted to enter the pets name, years, a short message and upload five images.

The hardest part is deciding what photos to send.

Does the RememPaw Memory Lamp it take batteries?

The lamp is powered with a USB cable that can be plugged into any USB power source.

Although batteries cannot be inserted directly into the lamp, if you have a good power bank with a USB port, you may be able to power the device that way too.

How is the RememPaw Memory Lamp powered?

For convenience, the lamp is powered by a USB cable. Simply plug directly into any USB power source.

How big is the RememPaw Memory Lamp?

The lamp is 20cm/7.9" tall and 14.5cm/5.7" tall.

Do I need to submit a photo for the RememPaw Name Frame?

The RememPaw Name Frame allows you to insert your own photo when it arrives. This gives you the flexibility to change it as often as you wish, and also means you do not have to submit a photo when purchasing.

There are two sizes available:

How long does shipping take?

All our products are made to order.

Production is usually 3–5 working days, plus delivery time depending on your location and time of year.

We find that most UK customers receive their lamp within 7-10 days, but we ask you to allow 14 days in total.

For customers outside the UK, we ask you to allow a little longer.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because our products are made personally for you, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns.

We will replace any item that arrives damaged, is faulty, or with a mistake.
